本科论文摘 要随着互联网技术的飞速发展,电子商务时代的到来俨然已经成为必然趋势,越来越多电子商务平台活跃在人们的视线之中,除了淘宝网等老牌电商品牌,拼多多等新兴电商势力也在逐渐崛起,这也使电子商务行业的市场竞争不断加剧,在这样的背景之下,拼多多想要在激烈的市场竞争之中脱颖而出困难重重,如何创新营销策略,为消费者提供更加优质的服务成为拼多多必须考虑的问题。笔者在这样的背景之下,通过文献研究以及线上调研等方式,对于拼多多当前的营销策略进行了体统的分析,并结合企业发展的实际情况,对其在运营管理中存在问题进行深入探讨,就此提出了加强控制环节、加强产品控制、调整具体营销策略、加强事前防御和事后控制、加强对用户的信用意识以及制定可持续发展战略等策略,希望可以对拼多多乃至全国的电子商务平台营销策略的完善提供一定的参考。关键字:拼多多;营销策略;问题;解决方案本科论文AbstractIn the process of rapid development of modernization, e-commerce has become the top technology of social development, and the competition of third-party e-commerce platform is not mutually compatible.
