广州市养老服务政策发展研究【摘要】老龄化问题好比一把双刃剑。处理好可以促进养老行业甚至整体经济的发展，处理不好则会激发社会的矛盾。广州作为一线城市，其老龄化问题能否妥善处理成为广州能否持续健康发展的关键之一。随着国家出台养老指导文件的增加，广州市也跟随中央的脚步，根据自身老龄化情况和发展特色来建设广州市的特色养老服务体系。本文对广州市近年来颁布的政策进行研究，使得更多人可以了解到广州市养老政策的发展，汇聚更多的社会力量参于到养老服务体系建设中来，同时针对现存的问题提出自己的建议。【关键词】人口老龄化；养老政策；居家养老；机构养老Research on the development of the policy of providing for the aged in Guangzhou[Abstract]With the rapid economic development, the aging problem is brought to the society. As one of the four first tier cities in China, whether the aging problem of Guangzhou can be properly handled has become one of the keys to the sustainable and healthy development of Guangzhou. With the increase of guidance documents for the elderly issued by the state, Guangzhou also follows the steps of the central government, and formulates the service policy for the elderly with Guangzhou characteristics according to its own aging situation and development characteristics.
