中国石油大学胜利学院本科毕业设计（论文）题 目： 过敏性鼻炎病人的护理干预及护理体会 摘 要目的：探讨过敏性鼻炎病人的病因、临床表现、预防及干预措施，促进人们对过敏性鼻炎的关注，从而减少过敏性鼻炎的复发。方法：通过临床向带教老师学习，结合在校所学知识及查阅相关文献，对过敏性鼻炎的病因、临床表现、预防措施等进行综合分析。结果：过敏性鼻炎患者的病因包括患者自身的遗传因素和外界诱发因素。临床表现包括鼻塞、打喷嚏、鼻痒等。针对性的预防措施包括过敏原的减少接触、药物治疗、手术治疗、健康教育以及生活习惯的改正等。结论：采取优质护理干预措施、养成良好生活习惯及增加对过敏性鼻炎的认知度可降低该疾病复发率，提高生活质量。关键词：过敏性鼻炎；护理干预；护理体会中国石油大学胜利学院本科毕业设计（论文）中国石油大学胜利学院本科毕业设计（论文）ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the etiology, clinical manifestations, prevention and intervention measures of allergic rhinitis patients, promote people's attention to allergic rhinitis, so as to reduce the recurrence of allergic rhinitis. Methods: By learning from the clinical teachers, combined with the knowledge and literature in school, the causes, clinical manifestations and preventive measures of allergic rhinitis were comprehensively analyzed. Results: The etiology of patients with allergic rhinitis includes genetic factors and external inducing factors. The clinical manifestations include nasal obstruction, sneezing and itching. Targeted preventive measures include reducing the exposure of allergens, drug treatment, surgical treatment, health education and the correction of living habits.
