摘 要国内外涂料增稠剂的价格、性能和开发技术等方面均有受限,而海泡石成本低、对涂料 pH 值的适应性强,可提高产品的耐水性,有良好的环保性。本实验以海泡石替代传统有机类增稠剂,为建筑涂料增稠剂拓展一个新方向。实验采用单因素试验法,以滑石粉、钛白粉、硅丙乳液和轻质碳酸钙为涂料配方的主要原料,添加海泡石作为涂料增稠剂。实验结果表明,可通过增稠剂添加量增加、温度降低、pH 升高、贮存时间延长来调节涂料黏度。当海泡石用量控制在 8%,温度 15℃,pH 值 8 左右时,所得涂料易于涂刷,增稠性能、贮存稳定性良好,环保性能强。关键词:海泡石;建筑涂料;增稠性;黏度 AbstractThe price, performance and development technology of paint thickeners at home and abroad are limited, and the low cost of sepiolite and the adaptability to the pH value of paint could improve the water resistance of the product and have good environmental protection. In this experiment, sepiolite was used to replace the traditional organic thickener to expand a new direction for architectural paint thickener. A single factor test method were used in this experiment, talc, titanium dioxide, silicon-acrylic emulsion and light calcium carbonate as the main raw materials of the coating formula used, and sepiolite as the coating thickener added. The experimental results showed that the viscosity of the coating could be adjusted by increasing the amount of thickener added, decreasing the temperature, increasing the pH, and prolonging the storage time.
