城镇低效用地改造——以浙江地区为例摘要土地资源是经济发展的基础。经济社会的不断发展意味着对土地资源的不断开发，这样后备土地资源越来越少，这就使得提高土地利用效率问题越来越迫切如今土地越来越稀缺，如何高效地利用低效能土地，成为现阶段土地资源管理部门的议题。本文首先分析了城镇土地低效用地基本情况，然后分析了城镇低效用地开发利用的必要性，最后提出了开发利用城镇低效用地的对策。关键词：土地利用，低效用地，对策土地是人类生存、发展的基础和载体，土地资源的有限性也使得城镇土地后备资源的稀缺问题越来越严重。土地资源的合理利用直接关系到社会经济的可持续发展问题。我国城镇化进程已经开展了十多年，并处在快速发展阶段。现阶段我国城镇低效用地问题已经呈现,并对中国城镇化进程产生了深刻影响。因此必须探究利用城镇低效用地的政策，最大化地提高城镇土地利用效率。关键词：城镇低效用地；浙江地区；土地利用效率AbstractLand resource is the foundation of economic development.
