拉萨城镇居民社会保障现状和发展方向 社会保障工作是一项系统的工作，拉萨城镇居民社会保障工作关系到拉萨地区社会稳定和人民群众福祉。本文重点分析了拉萨城镇居民社会保障现状和发展方向，并结合拉萨重点社会保障项目予以分析，指出相应的改革措施，以社会保障制度为基础，来稳步推进拉萨城镇居民社会保障水平提高。在研究过程中，本文借鉴了拉萨城镇居民社会保障发展的相关项目和政策，从社会保障政策和具体社会保障项目入手来稳步推进拉萨地区城镇居民社会保障水平。关键词：拉萨；城镇居民；社会保障AbstractThe social security work is a system of work, the Lhasa urban residents social security work related to social stability and the well-being of the people of the Lhasa area.
