After the analysis of different forms of IP films, this paper tries to explore the causes of the IP film craze and its impact on the chain of retail, problems and countermeasures on China’s film industry and retail industry, figuring out the linkage between MARVEL superhero movies and MINISO. Various methods are applied including documentation method，comparison, case analysis etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward, which aims to solve the existing problems and help promote the orderly and harmonious development of China’s IP film industry.
