I二胎政策下职场女性就业歧视的现状及其对策研究内 容 摘 要为缓解我国的老龄化日益严重的现象,在 2013 年党十八大提出全面二孩政策。这让许多家庭都感到欢喜,终于可以不再被计划生育政策所束缚。然而对于女性来说,从一胎增加到现在的二胎,女性的社会责任和家庭责任也会随之加重,工作与家庭的冲突无疑给当代职业女性增加了更多压力。二胎政策的实行也一定程度地影响着女性就业歧视。本文根据调查职场女性受到歧视对待的现状,分析二胎政策下对职场女性的就业歧视是否加重,针对政府、企业和个人方面提出建议,并提倡国家给予企业更多相关政策帮助。关键词:二胎政策;就业女性;就业歧视;对策建议IIThe Current Situation And Countermeasures of Employment Discrimination of Women in the Workplace Under the Two-child Policy ResearchAbstractIn order to alleviate the growing serious phenomenon of aging in China, the 18th Party Congress carried out a comprehensive second-child policy in 2013, which makes many families feel happy and can finally be freed from the one-child policy. However, for women, from one child to the second child, women's social and family responsibilities will also increase. The conflict between the social and family responsibility undoubtedly put more pressure on contemporary working women.The implementation of the second-child policy has also affected women's employment discrimination to a certain extent.
