Then, it introduces the development status and transformation opportunities of domestic and foreign real estate enterprises. Taking country garden as the main research object, it analyzes its asset-light strategic transformation case from multiple perspectives and in a diversified way. Referring to the domestic and foreign outstanding representatives of the mature asset-light operation in the relevant industries, this paper provides a reference for the better development of country garden's asset-light transformation road.
