摘 要物资采购是企业的很重要的一项活动,因此企业中的物流采购部门的重要性越来越高了,企业活动的方方面面已经涉及到了物资采购,因此其重要性不言而喻企业需要将物资采购过程进行有效的管理,这对于提升企业的竞争力来说是非常重要的,因此需要将管理体系进行创新,将物资采购的效率进行提高,这已经是一个非常值得研究的课题。 论文基于 S 公司物资采购的采购流程基础上,首先分析了 S 公司物资采购流程影响因素,然后重点进行了 S 公司物资采购流程优化设计方案,其中主要包括物资需求管理优化方案、物资采购管理优化方案、出入库管理优化方案、供应商管理优化方案、信息系统管理优化方案等。最后,对 S 公司物资采购流程进行了评估与建议,并从成本物资采购、效率物资采购、质量的物资采购流程进行评估,得出结果,同时提出针对性建议。研究对于改进并完善企业物资采购管理有重要的意义,同时也将为同行或类似研究提供有益的启示。关键词:物资采购;流程设计;评估ABSTRACTMaterial procurement, as an essential activity of enterprises, is playing an increasingly important role in enterprises.
