“一带一路”背景下企业对外投资风险控制研究摘 要 2017 年 5 月 14 日，“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛在北京开幕。到目前为止，“一带一路”发展战略从提出到实施完善，并且还在不断发展中。在此推动下，跨国经营企业在国际舞台上越来越活跃，对外投资不断增多，这势必会带来一定的风险。本文以华为公司为例，简述了华为公司海外投资的现状及特点，分析了其在海外投资中遭遇的风险，如法律风险、跨文化风险、技术风险和运营风险等。而后有针对性地提出跨国经营本土化、跨文化培训与交流、强化供应链管理、自主创新与技术安全保障等相关建议，望能对“一带一路”沿线投资的公司有一定的参考意义。关键词：一带一路；对外投资；风险管理IResearch on the Risk Control of Enterprises' Foreign Investment under the Background of "Belt and Road" Abstract"The Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation opened in Beijing on May 14, 2017. Up to now, the development strategy of "Belt and Road" has been put forward and implemented, and is still developing. Driven by this, transnational enterprises are becoming more and more active in the international arena, and their outbound investment is constantly increasing, which is bound to bring certain risks. Taking Huawei as an example, this paper briefly describes the current situation and characteristics of Huawei's overseas investment, and analyzes the risks encountered in overseas investment, such as legal risks, cross-cultural risks, technical risks and operational risks. Then, relevant suggestions on localization of transnational operation, cross-cultural training and communication, strengthening of supply chain management, independent innovation and technical security are proposed, which is expected to have certain reference significance for the companies investing along the "Belt and Road" route.Key words: The Belt and Road; Foreign Investment; Risk Management II目 录摘 要...........................
