手术治疗头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床疗效观察【摘要】 目的 探讨头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床特征，提高其诊疗水平。方法 回顾分析我院 1994~2025 年收治的 18 例头颈部神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料。结果 男 12 例，女 6 例，年龄 6~70 岁。肿瘤原发部位：舌部 4 例，颈部 8 例，面部 2 例，腮腺区 4 例。全部病例均手术切除。术后病理确诊 18 例均为良性。随访有 2 例复发，再次手术治愈。结论 神经鞘瘤多为单发，术前诊断困难，确诊有赖于术后病理。肿瘤包膜完整，易于完整摘除，手术为有效的治疗方法，术中应尽量保留神经的完整性。 【关键词】 神经鞘瘤；外科手术；治疗 Clinical study on surgical treatment of head and neck neurolemmoma 【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of neurolemmoma in head and neck by exploring its clinical 18 cases of neurolemmoma were reviewed from1994 to 12 cases were male and 6 cases were female .The age was 6~70 years old. The primary positions of neurolemmoma were tongue,neck,face ,parotid.All patients were cured by surgical treatment. The correct diagnosis relies on pathological slice after operation. 18cases were all benign .2 cases recurred during the following-up observation and no recurrence occured after second Single tumor is common in neurolemmoma. It is difficult to pre-operatively diagnose. Correct diagnosis relies on clinical pathology. Surgical procedure is the way to the treatment of neurolemmoma. Because of the intarct membrane,it is easy for extirpation.
