毕业答辩论文升降温制度对陶瓷材料抗热震性指数的影响完结升降温制度对陶瓷材料抗热震性指数的影响摘要本课题讨论的重点则是不同热震制度对于陶瓷材料抗热震性指数的影响。主要讨论结论如下:(1)对于纯 Al2O3,在 600 ℃下分别热震 10 次,20 次,30 次,40 次,50 次所得到的抗热震性指数均在 23-30 之间,且变化很小;在 200-600 ℃下逐次热震所得抗热震性指数均在 22-30 之间,变化同样很小。从中可以看出热震制度对纯 Al2O3热震性指数的影响很小;(2)对于 7 wt% SiC/Al2O3,在 600 ℃下所得到的抗热震性指数均为 35-46之间,在 200-600 ℃下逐次热震的抗热震性指数均在 39-43 之间,变化很小。从中可以看出热震制度对 7 wt% SiC/Al2O3抗热震性指数的影响很小;(3)SiC 的添加能够改善陶瓷材料的抗热震性。关键词:Al2O3 SiC 热震制度 抗热震性指数Effect of temperature on thermal shock resistance of ceramic materials indexABSTRACTThe focus of this research is the effect of different heat shock system for thermal shock resistance of ceramic materials index. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) For the pure Al2O3, the thermal shock resistance index, after respectively 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, 40 times, 50 times of the thermal shock at 600 ℃, was between 23-30, and the fluctuation is very small; after successive thermal shock at 200-600 ℃ the thermal shock resistance index was between 22-30and the fluctuation is very small, too.
