剖析园林绿化工程施工质量管理要点问题剖析园林绿化工程施工质量管理要点问题 摘要：近年来, 随着园林绿化行业改革的不断深化和进展,我国的园林绿化建设工程质量和管理服务质量总体水平不断提高。如何做好我国园林绿化工程的施工质量管理工作一直是人们关注的焦点。对于工程施工企业来说,应该把园林绿化工程质量管理放在头等重要的位置。本文在此对园林绿化施工质量控制中应该注意的几个要点问题做了逐一讨论。 关键词：园林绿化；施工要点；工序；质量 Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of the reform and development of the landscape industry, the overall level of landscape construction engineering quality in our country and the management of service quality improvement. Key words: landscaping; construction process; quality; 中图分类号：TU71 前言：随着城市化进程的不断加快，园林绿化已经成为城市文明的重要标志，它的进展状况关系着城市居民的生活质量，体现着社会的文明程度。园林绿化工程的施工质量管理工作是一项涉及到多个方面的系统性的工作，在施工的过程中应首先组建工程的项目管理部，加强施工材料、施工每一道工序等可能影响工程施工质量的所有因素的控制力度，并在施工中积极的推行项目的监理制度，这样才能真正的制造出优质的精品的园林绿化工程，才能促进园林绿化行业的健康进展。 一、绿化施工中存在的问题 绿化工程品位的高低、质量的好坏，直接关系到一个城市的景观效果、城市形象和文化品位。因此加强绿化施工管理，法律规范绿化市场势在必行。 1、绿化施工队伍良莠不齐,难以充分理解园林绿化工程的设计意图。由于绿化施工的严谨性、技术性都比建筑施工低,许多人误认为绿化施工不过是种种树、铺铺草,加上其可观的利润,许多素养不高的施工队纷纷涌入绿化施工行业。他...
