摘 要我国大气环境污染以煤烟型为主,其中颗粒污染物及 SO2两种主要污染物对自然生态环境和人类都造成了很大的危害,由此形成的颗粒物污染和酸雨污染已成为制约我国经济和社会可持续进展的一个重要因素。因此,探究开发燃煤锅炉烟气的除尘脱硫工艺,使烟气中污染物的浓度达到国家烟气排放标准,减少污染物的排放,有效控制燃煤烟气污染对改善我国大气质量、减少酸雨和 SO2危害具有十分重要的意义。本设计首先探讨讨论了当今国内外主要的烟气除尘脱硫技术,通过对比各种除尘脱硫技术的优缺点,针对 30t/h 燃煤蒸汽锅炉的烟气排放量、烟尘含量及硫含量,依据国家要求和技术现状选择了适合本设计 30t/h 燃煤蒸汽锅炉烟气的除尘脱硫方案,拟选用两级除尘系统,一级为旋风除尘,二级为电除尘,同时采纳氧化镁脱硫工艺。其次,本设计将对旋风除尘器、电除尘器、脱硫塔、烟囱尺寸、管道等主要设备进行尺寸计算和设备选型,旋风除尘器拟选用 CLP/B-27.5-X 型,静电除尘器拟选用 CDPK—45/3 型,引风机拟选用 G4-73-12D 型,电动机拟选用 Y315M2-4 型两台。最后根据设计设备参数绘制设备外形尺寸图和总体工艺流程图。关键词:燃煤烟气,旋风除尘,静电除尘,氧化镁脱硫,管道计算Design of Flue Gas Dusting and Desulfurization System of 30t/h Coal Fired Steam BoilerABSTRACTChina's air pollution is mainly fuliginous.
