Data indicate that the adverse drug reaction of azithromycin has a great relationship with its pharmacological properties and pharmacokinetic characteristics, and it is the key link to analyze the adverse drug reaction.The aim of this study was to explore the factors that influence the adverse reaction of azithromycin. Combined with clinical practice, we explore some measures to reduce the adverse reactions of azithromycin. The main measures are as follows: to avoid empty stomach, rational choice of route of administration and dosage, careful selection of medication, attention and other drug interactions, combined with the patient's own situation, to enhance the production process, etc..
