外墙无机泡沫保温板施工技术的几点分析外墙无机泡沫保温板施工技术的几点分析 摘要:随着国家对节能减排工作的重视,建筑工程领域外墙保温新材料、新技术不断涌现,本文通过对无机泡沫保温板这一新型保温材料的介绍,其导热系数低、保温效果好,防水、防火,与墙体粘接力强,无毒害放射物质,与建筑同寿命,施工简单、快捷。结合山西职工医学院新校区教学行政综合楼工程的施工实例,通过对施工关键节点的质量控制等方面进行探究,有效的解决了无机泡沫保温板脱落、冻胀、渗水等质量通病,为类似工程的施工提供了借鉴。 关键词:外墙保温;无机泡沫板;防脱落;防冻涨;细部处理 Abstract: Along with the country attached great importance to the work of energy-saving emission reduction, the continued emergence of new technology and new materials, insulation of external wall of building engineering, this paper insulation of inorganic foam board which is a new type of insulation material is introduced, its low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation, waterproof, fireproof, and the wall of strong adhesion, no toxic radioactive substances, the same life and architecture, construction is simple, fast. This paper combining the construction of the new campus of Shanxi medical college teaching administration building, inquiry through the construction of key nodes of quality control, effectively solve the inorganic foam insulation board off, frost, water quality, for the construction of similar projects for reference.
