工科大学生创业能力培育的分析与思考工科大学生创业能力培育的分析与思考 摘要：当今社会迫切需要具有创新创业能力的人才。大学生作为高等教育的主体，必须与经济社会的进展要求相适应。但由于多种原因导致大学生创新创业能力不足。本文分析了培育大学生创新创业能力的必要性和紧迫性，提出了以创业训练为载体，多种方式并行的解决途径，以期为提高工科大学生的创新创业能力提供新的借鉴思路。 Abstract: Recently,today's society eagerly needs talents with the innovative ability and entrepreneurial skills. College students must be adapted to economic and social development requirements as the import parts of higher education. But due to various reasons that college students lack innovative ability and entrepreneurial skills. This paper analyzes the necessity and the urgency of it. Therefore，in order to improve the students' innovative ability and entrepreneurial skills for reference it is time put forward entrepreneurship training as the carrier and a variety of ways in parallel way，further more, provide new ideas. 关键词：创新创业能力；创业训练； 创业教育；工科类大学生 中图分类号： G811 文献标识码： A Keywords: innovative ability and entrepreneurial skills；Entrepreneurship training；Entrepreneurship education；Engineering students 引言 党的十七大提出“提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家”和“促进以创业带动就业”的进展战略。教育部(2025)3 号文件《关于大力推动高等学校创新创业教育和大学生自主创业工作的意见》是落实这一战略，深化高等教育教学改革，培育学生创新精神和实践能力，以创业带动就业，促进高校毕业生充分就业，服务于创新型国家建设的重大战略举措。在新形势下，加强大学生创新精神和创业能力培育是高校人才培育的战略性问题，是关系到高等教育培育的人才是否具有创新创业能力、能否适应经济社会进展、能否承担起实现中华民族伟大复兴这一中国梦的重要课题。因此，扎实有效地开展创新创业教育，使更多的大学生把自主创业作为实现人生价值的优先选择，强化学生创新精神培育与创业能力训练，以主动适应复杂多变的社会环境，积极...
