Therefore , this kind of tubes is suitable for power station boiler.Key Words: T23 high pressure boiler tube ; Property; Standard; Power station boiler1 前言ASME SA213 T23（以下简称 T23）钢是以 T22（2.25Cr－1Mo）钢为基础，采纳了低C，Mo、W 复合固溶强化和 Nb、V、B 微量元素析出强化的优点，使该钢 550~625℃的温度范围，许用应力是 ASME SA213－T22 钢的 2 倍，580℃持久强度是 12Cr1MoV 钢的 1.4倍，持久强度与我国 12Cr2MoWVTiB（R102）钢相等，且具有高的冲击韧性和良好的焊接性能，焊接时不须预热，焊后不必进行热处理，可代替 10CrMo910、T22、12Cr1MoV 和12Cr2MoWVTiB 钢，制造大型电站锅炉的过热器和再热器[1]。随着我国电站锅炉向大容量、高参数的迅猛进展，锅炉行业在制造大容量、高参数亚临界和超临界锅炉所需要的 T23 钢管必将会越来越多，但是，在本项目讨论前，国内还不...
