浅谈预制钢箱梁吊装施工技术方案浅谈预制钢箱梁吊装施工技术方案 摘要:本项目为猎德大桥系统工程北延线金穗路˜黄埔大道节点第二标段黄埔大道节点 Z4~Z7 轴钢箱梁项目。本项目设计共有三跨钢箱梁,跨径为 38+60+48=146m,钢结构工程量约 3500 吨。部分箱形梁结构为工厂制作,现场吊装;部分箱型梁为工厂下料,现场拼装焊接完成。箱梁顶板、腹板、底板、翼板等主受力构件均采纳 Q345qc 钢材,横隔、加劲肋等次受力构件采纳 Q235c 钢材。 钢箱梁桥体总长约 146 米,总宽约 41 米,悬臂翼板挑出段长2.5m,箱体高度 2 米。Z4-Z7 共四个支墩。最大跨度在 Z5-Z6 轴,横跨黄埔大道隧道,约 60 米。主桥墩身采纳钢筋砼柱墩,基础为钻(冲)孔灌注桩。 关键字:钢箱梁吊装流程;技术措施 Abstract: The project extension Jinsui road Whampoa Whampoa Avenue, Second Avenue node of node Z4~Z7 axle steel project of Liede Bridge System Engineering of north.
