HUMAN CLINICAL TRIAL AGREEMENT WITH HOSPITAL This Agreement is made between Hospital (hereinafter “Party A ”) and the trial sponsor _____ (hereinafter “Party B ”). A copy of the Clinical Trial Protocol (Attachment 1) is attached to this Agreement for reference. The contents of the clinical trial shall be guided by the [Principle Investigator], who shall be the “Principle Investigator” as agreed under this Agreement. In case of any discrepancy between this Agreement and the Clinical Trial Protocol, this Agreement shall prevail.
