课题 Unit 2 Keeping Healthy Topic 1 You'd better go to see a doctor Section B Good morning leaders and teachers. My name is Chen Peijun .Today I'd like to talk about my teaching idea about Section B, Topic1 of Unit2 in Grade8, Project English. The center of this topic is"how to give advice to others and express feelings and pains." I divided the instruction into four parts, they are: Content Analysis, Teaching Method Analysis, Learning Method Analysis, Teaching Procedures. Part I Content Analysis 1. Teaching material analysis: Section B is the second period of Topic 1, Unit 2. It is about function item－good health .It develops listening，saying，reading and writing abilities by asking and stating illness. At the same time, it also makes people pay attention to healthy problem .It finishes typing into target language by a dialog about caring for health. After presenting a lot of information about illness and health. It also designs some task-based language practical activities, such as " pair work" and "work alone" . Teaching important point is to give suggestions about health using sentences patterns "had better (not) do", " should do / shouldn't do " . Its aim is to foster students' language practical ability , spirit of creating and cooperative learning . 2.
