如何管理办公室“小团体”【摘要】当今世界,逐步趋向于经济化、信息化,企业的数量在逐步增加,很多企业在不断探讨、不断解决在组织管理中出现的问题。而“小团体”,作为非正式组织中的一种,在一定程度上影响着企业的运作效率。本文通过 C 药业公司的管理实践,就 C 药业公司办公室“小团体”的形成及管理案例进行分析,并作出建议。本文首先对“小团体”进行概念上的阐述,并分析其产生的原因。“小团体”的出现,是否对企业产生影响;倘若有,是否利于企业的发展。其次交代 C 药业公司的简介,根据调查数据分析在管理“小团体”中存在的问题,并对出现的问题作进一步的原因分析,最后根据问题提出四大解决方案。从而可以使本文作为企业管理者对“小团体”管理时参考的方案。【关键词】小团体;非正式组织;企业管理How to manage the “small groups” in office.[Abstract] With today's world becoming more economical and information-oriented, the number of enterprises is gradually increasing, and many enterprises are constantly discussing and continuously solving problems in organizational management.
