下载后可任意编辑腹腔镜下微创疗法治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的临床护理观察腹腔镜下微创疗法治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的临床护理观察 张俊梅李彩萍 【摘 要】 观察腹腔镜下微创疗法治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的临床护理作用。本院在 20XX 年 02 月～20XX 年 6 月收治 60 例胆囊结石合并胆囊炎病人，按收治时刻次序均匀分为两组，调查组 30 例，对比组 30 例，两组均实施腹腔镜下微创疗法，对比组予以常规护理，调查组实施综合护理措施，对两组病人的术中、术后结果进行对比分析。综合护理配合腹腔镜下微创疗法治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎明显优于常规护理组，取得杰出的临床效果，且具有安全性高、创伤性小等长处，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】 微创疗法 护理效果 【 Abstract 】 to observe the laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy clinical nursing effect for the treatment of gallbladder stone with cholecystitis.In our hospital in June 02， 20XX ～ 20XX， 60 cases of gallbladder stone with cholecystitis patients， according to the time order evenly divided into two groups， treated group 30 cases and control group 30 cases， two groups are the implementation of laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment， control group routine nursing care ， the team implement comprehensive nursing measures ， the intraoperative and postoperative results of two groups of patients were analyzed.Synthesis of laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment and nursing for the treatment of gallbladder stone with cholecystitis is superior to conventional care group， the clinical effect of excellence， and has high safety， and the advantages of small traumatic， worthy of clinical popularization and application. 【Key words】 minimally invasive treatment； 1下载后可任意编辑 Nursing effect； 膽囊结石合并胆囊炎是由很多因素导致的疾病如暴饮暴食、劳累、吃过多油腻食物、精神因素等。目前，内镜进展迅速，腹腔镜下微创疗法治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎越来越受到普外科医师的重视，同时在治疗中应用适当的护理方法对手...
