Firstly, the current preparation methods of nano-composite materials are reviewed in the literature, and then AlNAl nano-composite materials are prepared by mechanical synthesis. The microstructure and chemical composition of the sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and other methods, and mechanical and thermal performance tests were carried out. The results show that the prepared sample has excellent physical properties such as high hardness and high thermal conductivity. This study provides reference value for the mixed application of AlN and Al materials, and is of great significance for the research of nano-composite materials.Keywords: AlNAl; nano-composite materials; preparation; characterization; performance.
