In this study, A Insurance Group was taken as an example to analyze and study its cross-selling model.It was found that A Insurance Group adopts multiple forms of cross-selling models, including Yu'e Bao, credit cards, banking channels, e-commerce platforms, automobile sales, etc. Through these channels, A Insurance Group can better promote its insurance products, increase sales and market share.In addition, this study also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of A Insurance Group's cross-selling model.
