Through the extrusion experiment of starch/PVA mixtures with different proportions, the optimal material ratio and extrusion process parameters were confirmed. At the same time, the melt properties of starch/PVA mixtures were studied using DSC and TGA, and the plasticization mechanism of the materials was explored. The results show that the addition of starch and PVA can significantly increase the melting temperature and melting peak of the materials, prolong the stable melting time of the materials, and promote the forming and hardening of the materials after extrusion.Keywords: starch/PVA; biodegradable film; dynamic extrusion; plasticization mechanism
