Appendix 4 HSE Provisions in the Contract Text 合同文本中的HSE条款 1 Responsibility责任 1.1 The Contractor shall plan and run the activity in a manner that ensures that the Work can be performed without loss of life or harm to health, without damage to plant and equipment, without unplanned emissions or discharges to the environment, and in such a way that production or processes are not unexpectedly halted.
