精品文档---下载后可任意编辑上颈椎手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的基础和临床讨论的开题报告【摘要】颞下颌关节紊乱是一种常见的疾病，并且常常伴随着颈椎的问题。上颈椎手法是一种非常有效的治疗颈椎问题的手法，但目前对于使用该手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的讨论还不多。本讨论旨在探究上颈椎手法在治疗颞下颌关节紊乱方面的应用和疗效，并进一步了解其影响因素和机理。主要讨论方法为对 50 例颞下颌关节紊乱患者进行观察讨论，其中25 例采纳上颈椎手法治疗，另外 25 例采纳传统治疗方法（例如牵引术等）。观察讨论的指标包括痛苦等级、关节活动度、张口度、颈部扭转等指标，在治疗前后进行对比分析。估计讨论结果表明：上颈椎手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱在痛苦缓解、关节活动度和张口度等方面优于传统治疗方法，并且疗效较快、持久且副作用较少，具有较好的应用前景。本讨论还将从机理、治疗频次和治疗时间等方面进行探讨，以进一步优化该手法的治疗效果。【关键词】上颈椎手法，颞下颌关节紊乱，治疗效果，机理，副作用【Abstract】Temporomandibular joint dysfunction is a common disease that often accompanies cervical spine problems. Upper cervical manipulation is a very effective technique for treating cervical spine problems, but there are not many studies on using this technique to treat temporomandibular joint dysfunction. This study aims to explore the application and efficacy of upper cervical manipulation in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and further understand its influencing factors and mechanisms.The main research method is to observe and study 50 patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction, of which 25 cases were treated with upper cervical manipulation and the other 25 cases were treated with traditional methods (such as traction).
