Chromosome counting technology was used to observe the number and distortion of chromosomes in mutant strains, and genetic typing technology was used to analyze the genetic factors responsible for the insertion of maize DNA in rice.The expected results are as follows: 1) Maize DNA of different concentrations and treatment time has significant effects on the chromosome number and morphology of rice; 2) the genetic effects of the insertion position, copy number and expression level of heterologous DNA in rice will be revealed; 3) the stability and adaptability of heterologous DNA in rice will 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑be analyzed, and the morphological and physiological characteristics of its offspring will be observed.Through this research, we will deepen our understanding of the genetic mechanism of maize DNA in rice, and provide scientific basis for heterologous genetic improvement of rice.Keywords: Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, maize DNA, rice, chromosome behavior, genetic analysis.
