基于步进电机定位的工件处理系统摘要:本文目标在于主要介绍步进电机定位控制系统的设计方法。研究将滚珠丝杆、步进电机、步进驱动器、三菱 PLC、三菱触摸屏四者之间如何进行连接通信,通过输入信号给步进驱动器脉冲信号,让控制步进电机按照用户的所需求的想法运转,接着通过联轴器和滚珠丝杆将步进电机的旋转运动转换为工作台的直线运动,让工作台带动负载上的工件进行移动,以此来对元件进行定位控制。这就是本次设计研究的目的和意义所在。关键字:三菱;定位控制系统;步进驱动器Work piece processing system based on stepping motor positioning.Abstract:The aim of this paper is to introduce the design method of stepping motor positioning control system. This paper studies how to connect and communicate between ball screw, step motor, step driver, Mitsubishi PLC and Mitsubishi touch screen. Through input signal to step driver pulse signal, the stepping motor can be controlled to run according to user's requirement. Then the rotary motion of stepping motor can be converted to the linear motion of worktable through coupling and ball screw. The table drives the workpiece on the load to move, so as to position and control the components. This is the purpose and significance of this design study.
