摘 要大学生就业问题事关社会和谐稳定和经济发展，在一定程度上可以缓解冷门学科的低迷和就业率，避免高校学科门类失衡。本文选取大学生就业问题研究这一领域作为课题，针对高校毕业生就业过程中存在的一系列现实问题，综合运用了比较研究法以及文献研究法等，初步了解了大学生择业、竞业和执业的现状，分析大学生就业困境的矛盾性，努力提出符合当前国情、校情、学情的解决途径或机制。本文分析了大学生就业存在的问题：毕业大学生数量激增带来的市场供求不平衡，大学生就业预期上具有一定的虚拟性以及用人单位对大学生就业要求的严苛性。针对大学生就业存在的问题和成因，本文从几个方面提出了应对大学生就业困境的思路和举措：大学生应该结合自身实际情况和理想抱负，选择适合自己的职业，合理规划自身的职业生涯，努力提升自身的综合素质及竞争力。高校要加强学校教育水平和人才培养的针对性，注重专业知识和能力的培养，明确树立多元的人才观，积极适应市场需求培养高、精、专模式。社会方面用人单位要培育公平、公正的就业环境，同时也要合理制定大学生人力资源需求规划。本文对大学生就业特点并指出未来发展的方向，从而为大学生、学校、社会解决大学社刚毕业问题提供重要的参考。关键词：大学生就业 就业问题 AbstractThe employment problem of college students is related to social harmony and stability and economicdevelopment, to some extent, it can alleviate the depression and employment rate of the unpopular subjects and avoid the imbalance of academic disciplines.
