小学低年级口语交际能力培养策略浅析——以一年级为例【论文摘要】口语交际能力的培养是《义务教育语文课程标准（2011 年版）》赋予小学语文的重要任务，也是小学语文教学的重要组成部分。培养儿童的语言是低年级语言教学中的一项重要的任务。本文首先讲述了口语交际的具体定义，以及培养口语交际能力的意义所在。接着从又从多个角度对低年级口语教学中存在的问题进行了剖析。针对这些问题，本文提出了解决这些问题的策略，比如准确的把握教学目标、创造性的开发教材等等，对于提高学生的阅读和写作能力，提高他们的汉语素养，希望能起到好的促进作用。【关键词】小学；语文教学；口语交际能力【Abstract】The cultivation of oral communication ability is an important task given to primary school Chinese by Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education (2011 edition), and also an important part of primary school Chinese teaching. Cultivating children's language is an important task in language teaching in lower grades. This paper first describes the specific definition of oral communication, as well as the significance of cultivating oral communication ability. Then it analyzes the problems existing in the oral teaching of the lower grades from many angles.
