纤维蛋白原与超敏 C 反应蛋白对冠心病的诊断价值 摘要目的: 通过检测纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)与超敏 C 反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)在冠心病患者的水平变化 ,探讨其在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法:选取 2016 年 9 月到 2017 年 4 月中南大学湘雅医院79 例,其中单纯患冠心病病人 54 例为冠心病组,冠心病组中稳定型冠心病(SAP)19 例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)19 例、心肌梗死型(AMI)16 例;另选取正常人 25 例为健康对照组,运用凝固法和乳胶增强免疫比浊法分别测定外周血 FIB 与 hs-CRP 的浓度。结果:冠心病组血清 hs-CRP 均值为8.71±11.4mg/L,其水平较健康对照组(0.62±0.50mg/L)显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病组血浆 FIB 水平 3.72±1.54g/L,高于健康对照组(2.15±0.92g/L),差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:通过外周血hs-CRP 与 FIB 水平的检测,发现其对冠心病的病程发展具有临床提示作用。关键词:冠心病;纤维蛋白原;超敏 C 反应蛋白.ABSTRACTObjective: To investigate the diagnostic value of fibrinogen (FIB) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods There were 79 cases of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from September 2016 to April 2017. Among them, 54 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into coronary heart disease group and normal control group. 19 patients with stable coronary heart disease (SAP), unstable type 19 cases of angina pectoris (UAP), 16 cases of myocardial infarction (AMI).25 healthy subjects were selected.
