本科论文摘 要近年来,在国家政策的支持下,我国经济的发展速度逐渐加快,同时人们生活水平逐渐提高,娱乐性商业性活动逐渐增加,在跨地区各类活动的影响下,酒店行业在这种社会背景下迅速发展。但在发展过程中,经济型连锁酒店行业也面临着众多问题,尤其在经济型连锁酒店行业营销策略方面存在很多不足之处。论文以如家酒店为研究对象。试图通过借鉴酒店管理经营的相关理论及其实践经验,以此来分析如家酒店在市场营销策略方面所面临的的问题,通过梳理如家酒店的现存管理体系,对管理流程与内容的梳理和诊断,对流程进行改进与优化,以此来消除管理过程中多余的环节,最终建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的如家酒店市场营销策略。希望通过本文的研究,能够为如家酒店营销策略中存在的问题提出相应的策略,以此为促进我国酒店行业的发展与繁荣贡献自己的一份力量。关键词:经济型连锁酒店;营销策略;如家酒店本科论文ABSTRACTIn recent years, with the support of the state policy, the speed of economic development in our country has been gradually quickened, while people's living standards have been gradually raised and recreational commercial activities have gradually increased.
