交通事故中两轮电动车责任认定问题研究

本科论文摘 要随着我国经济快速发展，交通问题越来越突出。交通问题给人民的生命安全和财产造成了巨大的损失，该问题越来越不可忽视。由于中国《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等其他法律的立法，汽车，自行车和两轮电动车的广泛使用使道路交通问题的责任鉴定问题更加复杂。 “最高人民法院关于审理涉及交通事故的刑事案件的法律若干适用问题的解释”在确定两轮电动汽车责任上的空白使在程序和方法上存在许多问题。两轮电动汽车的责任识别，本文试图将理论证据与实证分析相结合，从实际问题，法律规定，补救措施等方面探索两轮电动汽车的责任识别。理论和实践问题领域中经常发生的问题并提出自己的看法。关键字：两轮电动车，交通问题，责任认定 本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy, traffic problems are becoming more and more serious.
