农村土地流转中农户生计问题分析---以杭州市萧山为例摘要：土地资源既是生活资源的基础，又是生活和满足的基石。随着农村土地经营权流转的不断增加，农民权益保护、劳动力流动、社会稳定等问题日益突出。本文通过近年来我国农村土地流转的实践，分析了土地经营权流转的内涵。本文以浙江省杭州市萧山为例，指出并探讨了农民在这一过程中出现的现实问题和制度缺陷。然后从转变农民就业观念、提高农村转移劳动力的适应性、完善和创新失地农民社会保障体系、加大建设投入等方面提出解决失地农民生计问题的对策。关键词:土地流转;农民生计;补偿机制;充分就业1AbstractLand resources is both the basis of livelihood resource and the cornerstone of life and contentment. Becourse the transfer of 2the management right of rural land is increasing, we have to face many problems such as the protection of the rights and interests of farmers, issues for the movement of labor, social stability and so on. This paper analyzed the connotation of the circulation of land management right by the practice of rural land transfer in China in recent years. With the specific area as an example, it has pointed out and discussed the farmers' realistic problems and system defects appeared in the process.
