医疗卫生和养老服务一体化资源配置模式研究【摘要】我国步入老龄化社会后，人口老龄化所引发的问题逐渐浮现。随着老年人口不断增多和健康养老需求的不断增加，医疗卫生和养老服务一体化的概念模式应运而生，医疗卫生和养老服务一体化的养老模式在部分发达国家已取得较好的成效，如日本和瑞典等。医疗卫生和养老服务资源的合理配置能有效提高该模式的效率。本文通过分析医疗卫生和养老服务一体化资源配置模式，总结现阶段我国在医疗卫生和养老服务一体化进程中出现的资源配置问题，最后提出完善该模式的对策建议，推动我国医疗卫生和养老服务一体化模式的发展。【关键词】医疗卫生；养老服务；医疗卫生和养老服务一体化；资源配置Research on the Integrated Resource Allocation Model of Medical and Health Services and Pension Services [Abstract] China entered the aging society in 1999, and the problems brought by the aging population have increasingly become the focus of social concern. The model of the integration of medical and health care for the aged has achieved good results in some developed countries, such as Japan and the United Kingdom. Rational allocation of medical and health services and elderly care resources can effectively improve the efficiency of this model.
