II摘 要亲社会行为是个体社会性的重要组成部分,通过观察法、访谈法、文献法从类型、情境、动机、对象及对象的反应、教师反馈等方面,发现大班幼儿亲社会行为类型分布不均衡;多发生于区域自主活动中;多源于内部动机驱使;多发生于同性同伴间且对象多无明显反馈;行为大多未得到教师的及时强化。并受幼儿自身、同伴、家长和教师因素等影响。研究发现:营造温馨和谐的家庭氛围;进行奖励;榜样示范;言语指导;游戏化策略;移情训练等策略能提升幼儿的亲社会行为关键词:大班幼儿;亲社会行为;发展现状;强化策略III AbstractPro-social behavior is an important part of individual sociality.
