车险人伤理赔存在的问题及对策研究——以太保广东分公司为例【摘要】对我国车险人伤理赔工作处理中存在的问题进行研究，以中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司广东分公司为例进行分析。针对目前车险人伤理赔工作中普遍存在的理赔时效慢、处理流程繁琐、所需单证复杂、理赔纠纷投诉多、案件诉讼率高、道德管控风险高等方面的问题，以保险公司员工本身的才能、客户及伤者层面可能存在的原因、道路交通事故人身损害赔偿案件本身的特性、保险理赔处理工作相关的外环境因素以及保险公司内部管理的实际情况这五个方面进行讨论分析，对车险人伤理赔工作分别从针对销售人员及理赔人员的培训内容、对理赔流程的改进简化、对绩效考核制度的健全、对理赔系统的完善优化等方面提出相关的建议，希望能对解决车险人伤理赔工作存在的问题起到促进作用。【关键词】机动车辆保险；人伤理赔；问题与对策Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Auto Insurance Human Injury Claims---A case study of CPIC Guangdong Branch[Abstract] This thesis studies the problems existing in the settlement of auto insurance injury claims in China, taking Guangdong Branch of China Pacific Property Insurance Co.
