基于西门子 PCS7 的锅炉综合过程控制摘要锅炉是一种能量转换设备,在我国的国民经济进展中占有着重要的地位,电力、机械、化工、冶金、纺织、食品、造纸等行业 , 以及工业和民用采暖都有着锅炉的身影。以工业上最常见的自然循环锅炉作为被控对象,根据锅炉的主要控制参数,成分,温度,压力,流量,液位,区分来说就是锅炉的产汽量,过热蒸汽出口温度以及压力,燃料量,汽包水位,烟气含氧量,风量,炉膛负压等等,并分析其工艺流程和动态特性的,结合安全、稳定等控制要求设计出了锅炉系统的总体控制方案。采纳 SMPT-1000仿真过程控制设备,根据控制方案三个层次的要求:生产要求,安全要求和优化要求以及锅炉的详细控制参数,设计工程有前馈-串级控制系统,串级控制系统,双闭环比值控制系统,前馈-反馈控制系统和单回路控制系统,并使用西门子集散控制系统 DCS中 PCS7 软件编程,编程顺序有 OS 组态,AS 组态,组态下载,CFC 连续功能图与 SFC 顺序功能图的编译与下载, WINCC 的在线监控以达到优化控制系统的设计目的。关键词:PCS7;SMPT-1000;过程控制;锅炉 Integrated process control of boiler based on Siemens PCS7 simulation Abstract Boiler is a kind of energy conversion device, in our country, the development of national economy, plays an important role, electric power, machinery, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, food, paper and other industries, and industrial and civil heating has a figure of the boiler.
