基于顾客感知价值的旅游资源评价讨论摘 要本文是以旅游资源评价的进展现状为基础,以顾客感知价值为切入点,对旅游资源进行评价讨论。首先,介绍了讨论背景与意义,回顾了有关顾客感知价值的理论与旅游资源评价的国内外讨论现状,并较为系统的阐述了旅游资源评价与顾客感知价值相关的理论知识。其次,将顾客感知价值理论运用到旅游资源评价是本文的一个创新,在顾客感知价值基础上对旅游资源评价进行了初歩的一个探究。最后,以兰州市中山桥为个案讨论,运用问卷调查的方法,针对分析出的问题,提出建议,文章最后对论文的不足和后续进展进行了探讨。关键词 顾客 感知价值 旅游资源评价 中山桥 Evaluation of Tourism Resources Based on customer perceived valueABSTRACTThis paper takes the development of tourism resources evaluation status as the realistic background, customer perceived value as the starting point, and evaluates the theoretical basis for tourism resources. Firstly, it introduces the research background and significance, recalling the relevant customer perceived value of tourism resources evaluation theory and researches status and the more systematic exposition of the tourism resources evaluation and customer perceived value relevant theoretical knowledge. Secondly ,the customer perceived value theory is applied to the evaluation of tourism resources,which is an innovation of this paper,and a first step exploration of the evaluation of tourism resources is carried out based on customer perceived value. Finally, it takes Zhongshan Bridge as a case study,then gives suggestions to problems found out.
