国际消费者权益日 World Consumer Rights Day(1 页)Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精，善益求善。国际消费者权益日 World Consumer Rights DayMarch 15, known as annual World Consumer Rights Day, has become a feared date for both domestic and international consumer goods makers who worry that their products and brands will be featured on the annual CCTV program.3 月 15 日“国际消费者权益日”已经成为令国内外消费品制造商们胆战心惊的日子，他们担心自己的产品或品牌在 CCTV 年度晚会上曝光。每 年 的 3 月 15 日 是 “ 国 际 消 费 者 权 益 日 ” （ World Consumer Rights Day，WCRD），由国际消费者联盟组织于 1983 年确定，目的在于扩大消费者权益保护的宣传，使之在世界范围内得到重视，以促进各国和地区消费者组织之间的合作与交往，在国际范围内更好地保护消费者权益（consumers’rights and interests）。我国中央电视台于 1991 年 3 月 15 日开始，固定举办“3.15 晚会”（3.15 Gala/ 3.15 evening party）。晚会上，节目会曝光消费活动中的造假事件和侵权行为（ expose counterfeit issues and infringement acts during consumption activities）。CCTV 已经公布了今年的三个热点投诉，分别是手机（ mobile phones）、汽车销售（car sales）和网络购物（online shopping）。有 关 手 机 的 投 诉 中 ， 质 量 （ quality ） 、 售 后 服 务 （ after sale service ） 、 合 同（contract）是突出的三大问题。部分经销商涉嫌销售假冒、翻新机（ refurbished phone）等。有关汽车的投诉主要涉及的问题有合同存在不合理条款（unreasonable terms）、强制消费行为（compulsory consumption）、经销商销售欺诈（sales fraud）、使用过程中及售后存在的问题等。有 关 网 络 购 物 主 要 涉 及 的 问 题 有 假 冒 伪 劣 商 品 （ counterfeit or poor quality products）、夸大和误导性宣传（exaggerated and misleading advertising）等。{&/[…|！!#>…&~!#）}@~\！】。,>:—（$、
