对重庆市村镇人居环境的思考对重庆市村镇人居环境的思考 摘要：未来 10 年，是我国城镇化大进展的重要时期。重庆的“二元”经济社会特征明显，是典型的大城市带动大农村的经济格局。作为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区，加快小城镇建设，是重庆面临的一项重大历史任务。村镇是城镇化的重要依托。加快小城镇建设，一定要避开过去那种以牺牲环境为代价的大开发、大建设，转变为以“人居环境”理念为统领，不搞“千村一面”，不搞一刀切， 实现人与环境的协调、可持续进展。 关键词：城镇化;人居环境 Abstract: The next 10 years is an important period of development in urban china.
