高校管理者的时间管理高校管理者的时间管理 摘要：高校管理者每天都要面对各种各样的事务，千头万绪，涉及到方方面面。如何在繁多的事务中抓住重点，以点带面，从而促进相关工作的开展和完成，时间管理有着重要的作用。科学、法律规范、有序的时间管理不仅对高校管理者本人极为重要，对提高整个高校的工作效率、降低办学成本也极为重要。但因为主观客观上的原因，我们都习惯了不将时间列入办学成本进行计算。 关键词：高校管理者；时间管理；内容 Abstract: Management colleges and universities every day to face all kinds of affairs, a multitude of things, involve square respect area. How many in the affairs, hold a key, fan out from point to area, so as to promote the related work and completion, time management has an important role in. Scientific, standardized, and orderly time management not only on college management person is very important, to improve the whole college work efficiency, reduce the running cost is extremely important. But because of subjective and objective reasons, we are accustomed to not be included in the calculation of time cost of running school. Key words: university management; time management; content 中图分类号：C93 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 一、高校管理者时间管理的必要性 高校管理者为什么要对时间进行管理，这虽是个见仁见智的问题，但由于很多高校管理者未对时间进行科学有效的管理，往往造成疲于奔命却大事抓不了、小事抓不到，浪费时间的现象广泛存在，造成高校管理者时间浪费的原因是多方面的，从主观上说，一方面可能是因为管理者想做的事情太多，但确因没有科学区分事情的轻重缓急，甚至缺乏明确的目标，导致各项工作缺乏优先顺序，最后可能有头无尾；另一方面也可能是因为不擅于授权导致自己不得不花费大量的时间于具体事务，或因仓促决策导致了整个学校的时间以及其他资源的浪费。从客观上说，高校管理者浪费时间的原因来自于上级领导、工作系统以及生活工作条件等方面。不管是何种原因，高校管理者的时间一旦出现浪费，对整个部门甚至整个高校的损害极大，严重的可能会导致部门、单位乃至整...
