我国石油开采可持续发展研究-以大庆油田为例摘要石油是工业的血液，是国民经济发展的支柱能源。石油企业的可持续发展涉及到国家能源安全，关系到社会稳定，对社会、经济的可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。作为一种资源型产业，石油开采企业可持续发展的核心问题是如何实现经济持续增长、国家能源安全与环境保护三者之间的协调。而实现这种协调的基础就是要增强石油开采企业的可持续发展能力。本文总结了现有企业可持续发展研究成果，依据企业生命周期理论、可持续发展要素整合理论和可持续发展实现途径，在评价石油开采企业现状的基础上，对石油开采企业面临的机遇与威胁，企业具有的优势与劣势进行分析，研究石油开采企业可持续发展的基本条件，提出石油开采企业的可持续发展的基本战略。依据石油开采企业可持续发展战略制定的基本思想和方法，对大庆油田的可持续发展战略进行了实证研究。分析大庆油田面临的环境及企业内部条件，对大庆油田的竞争力进行评价，在此基础上，提出了大庆油田可持续发展的战略思想，分别提出油气业务、油气紧密相关业务、油气一般相关业务和非油气相关业务的发展方向及战略模式，并给出大庆油田可持续发展战略的保障措施。希望本文的研究能够为石油开采企业制定可持续发展战略提供有价值的参考。关键词：石油开采；可持续发展；研究；大庆油田ResearchonsustainabledevelopmentofpetroleumexploitationinChina-TakingDaqingoilfieldasanexampleAbstractPetroleumisthebloodofindustry,andthesupportenergyforthenationaleconomydevelopment.Thesustainabledevelopmentofthepetroleumenterprises，whichinvolvethesafetyofnationalenergysourceandstabilizationofsociety,isimportantforthesustainabledevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy.Asasortofresource-basedindustry,thekeyproblemofthesustainabledevelopmentforthepetroleumexploitationenterprisesishowtocarryoutthecoordinationamongthesustainabledevelopmentofeconomy,thesafetyofnationalenergyandtheprotectionofenvironment.Thefoundationtorealizethecoordinationisenhancethesustainabledevelopmentabilityofpetroleumexploitationenterprises.Thispapersumsupthepastresearchachievementonthesustainabledevelopmentofenterprises,andaccordingtothetheoryofenterprisefifecircle,factorintegratingtheoryofsustainabledevelopmentandrealizingapproachesofsustainabledevelopment,onthebasisofanalysisofthestatusinquoofpetroleumexploitationenterprises,analyzestheopportunityandthreatenfacedbypetroleumexploitationenterprisesandtheadvantageanddisadvantageoftheenterprises,discussesthebasicconditionsofsustainabledevelopmentforpetroleumexploitationenterprises,putsforwardsthebasicstrategyofsustainabledevelopmentofpetroleumexploitationenterprises.Accordingthebasicthoughtandmethodforestablishingthesustainabledevelopmentstrategyofpetroleumexploitationenterprises,thepapercarrythroughthecasestudyforsustainabledevelopmentstrategyofDaqingOilfield.Thepaperanalyzesthecircumstancesitfacedanditsinternalconditions,evaluatesthecompetenceofDaqingOilfield,onthebasisofthis,putsforwardthestrategyideaofDaqingOilfieldsustainabledevelopmentstrategy,individuallybringsforwardthedevelopmentdirectionandpatternforbusinessofoilandgas,businesscorrelativecloselytooilandgas,businesscorrelativebasicallytooilandgas,andputsforwardthecountermeasuresforDaqingOilfieldsustainabledevelopmentstrategy.Itishopedthatthepapercanprovidevaluableconferenceforestablishingsustainabledevelopmentstrategyofpetroleumexploitationenterprises.Keywords:petroleumproductionenterprises;sustainabledevelopment:research;DaqingOilfield目录第一章概述1.1研究意义1.2研究现状1.3三次采油现状第二章可持续发展一般概念2.1可持续发展概念的简单...
