本文通过分析我国药品广告管理现状,从法律和体制层次探究了虚假药品广告产生的根源,并就政府对药品广告的监管提出了对策建议
关键词:药品广告;代理制;监管;对策Abstract:Pharmaceutical advertising,as an important carrier of Integrated Marketing of pharmaceutical enterprises,is directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of consumers by its authenticity and reliability.In recent years,false advertising and other illegal phenomenon have been reported frequently.These seriously interfered the order of the pharmaceutical market,and threat to the security of people’S health and rational drug use.In this paper,we analyzed the status of China's pharmaceutical advertising,explored the root causes of the false drug advertising thr
