I摘 要渔业在全球范围内都被认为是风险十分高的产业。渔业具有作业范围广，生产方式分散等特点，受气候影响程度剧烈，因此渔业，尤其是其中涉及到的海洋捕捞业往往被认为是灾害频发、死亡率最高的产业之一。现如今，渔业所遇风险越来越高，但其行业内对于风险的防范机制仍没有得到应有的完善。渔业是我国传统行业之一，该行业的发展情况对于我国的整体经济发展有着十分重大的意义。而渔业生产中存在的风险问题对相关作业人员造成了巨大的生命安全隐忧，同时也十分影响整个渔业发展的稳定性。当前国内的和谐发展与经济腾飞的美好愿景，都与渔业息息相关，可见，做好渔业保障工作，对渔业保险进行系统的研究意义重大。关键词：渔民；渔业保险；保险政策IIAbstractFisheries are considered globally high-risk industries.
