服饰北京仓库存管理研究摘 要随着中国融入国际社会的步伐加快,经济发展上缩小了与发达国家之间的水平,同样也面临着更多来自国际市场的竞争,企业开始从控制成本的角度去谋取利润,物流作为“第三利润源”,开始扮演者越来越重要的角色[1]。服装行业受季节性波动影响很大,人们对于时尚的追求永不懈怠,每年流行的款式都不一样,层出不穷,服装厂家们之间的激烈竞争也使得服装的利润大大降低。服装行业需要投入大量的生产要素,为了迎合消费者多重选择性的需求,产生了大量的库存成本,占用了流动资金,如何实现低成本生产,保持竞争优势,困扰了大部分的服装企业。库存管理水平的高低,对于降低企业的成本,提高服务水平和满意度至关重要。本文通过对李宁服饰北京仓的现状分析,提出了以下两点问题:第一,北京仓原材料库存分类方法不合理,导致库存大量积压;第二,北京仓配送门店订货点不科学,导致安全库存水平过高。针对库存物品分类不合理,本文分析了李宁服饰北京仓原材料消耗情况和市场获取原材料的难易程度,提出改进型 ABC 分类法,使得原材料分类更加科学,从而减少生产过程中造成的物料短缺或浪费,降低原材料库存成本;针对门店订货点不科学,安全库存水平较高,采用 EOQ 经济订货批量模型,典型时变需求模型和西尔弗米尓启发式模型的对比分析,找出更符合公司现状的订货方法,从而降低订货门店的存货成本[2]。【关键词】ABC 分类法;EOQ 经济订货批量模型;典型时变需求模型;西尔弗米尓启发式模型Research on storage management of Lining clothing Beijing warehouseAbstractWith the Chinese into the international community to accelerate the pace of economic development and narrowing between the level of developed countries, is also facing more from the international market competition, enterprises began to get profit from the cost control perspective, logistics as "the third profit source", began playing an increasingly important role.
