某建筑设计院结构专业人员基于胜任力的培训体系构建【摘要】建筑设计行业之间的竞争在社会和科技的进步和发展下演变得愈发激烈,这导致企业对员工整体素质的要求也越来越高。在这样的大环境下,人才在企业中发挥的作用越来越明显,而相对于物力和财力而言,人力的资源是最取之不尽用之不竭的。在人力资源开发中,培训是其核心,能够帮助员工增长他们的知识、提高他们的能力甚至是改变他们的态度。本文将从胜任力模型的实际运用出发,结合培训相关理论,梳理出某建筑设计院结构专业的岗位胜任素质,并且构建了岗位胜任力模型。之后结合公司实际基于胜任力模型的基础上,设计了包括培训需求分析、培训计划、培训实施和培训效果评估等流程的培训体系。在胜任力模型的基础上建立培训体系,能够使设计院的设计师们更容易发现他们自己身上知识、技能或者能力所欠缺的部分,从而能够使培训部在确定培训目标和培训内容、制定培训计划时更加的有针对性,以此实现培训效果的最理想化,避免投入不必要的资源,降低培训预算。【关键词】培训体系;胜任力模型;建筑设计院Construction of A Competency - based Training System for Structural Professionals in An Architectural Design Company[Abstract]With the progress and development of society and technology, the competition between the architectural design industry has become increasingly fierce, which leads to higher and higher requirements on the overall quality of employees.In such an environment, talents play a more and more obvious role in the enterprise, and relative to material and financial resources, human resources are the most inexhaustible.
